PERSONAL FINANCE MANAGEMENT – class is presented on selected Saturdays and in one 4 hour class you will get "hands on" experience in budgeting, cleaning up your credit files and learn the basics of investing and saving for retirement. MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS – Free three-hour session designed to help people prevent foreclosure of their home. Anyone who is one or more months behind on his or her mortgage should attend. Clients will learn:
How to analyze their particular hardship and financial situation
How to successfully communicate with their lender
What options are available and which one is best for them
What the tax and credit implications are
What the non-judicial foreclosure process is and how long it takes
